  • Process and confirm your travel bookings and reservations.
  • Communicate with you regarding your trip details and updates.
  • Improve our website, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Send you promotional offers and news (only if you have opted in).
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except to trusted third parties (such as hotels and transport providers) who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business.
Safety & Policy

Terms & Conditions

To secure your Himalayan expedition, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our refund policy is as follows:
  • 30+ days before departure: 80% refund of the total trip cost.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identity proofs and following the safety instructions provided by our guides. We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
Due to the unpredictable nature of Himalayan weather and terrain, we reserve the right to modify itineraries for the safety and comfort of our guests. Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances will be the responsibility of the traveler.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and high-altitude activities.
